Development of unique drive systems
You can count on Wavedrive's creativity and experience, whether it's object manipulation, drive technology or embedding tasks. Our drive systems developed in recent years are the foundation of our unique, application-specific solutions. In the case of precision gear drives, our own development and test environment makes it possible to determine the optimal operating parameters. In addition to mechanical drives, we are also experienced in the design of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as in the selection of the appropriate sensors and control development.
Prototype and part manufacturing
In addition to our own prototype production capacity, we have extensive industrial connections, which enables the production of prototypes, custom-made products and small series parts within a short period of time. We undertake the production, commissioning and testing of complete equipment. We carry out our production activities with constant quality and cost control.
Engineering services
The Wavedrive team is highly experienced in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics design, and corrosion protection. We undertake the management of product development projects from the idea to the finished product, the design of custom-made equipment, the preparation of engineering calculations, simulations and production documentation.
We know that understanding the goals of our clients is essential for a successful cooperation. We try to conduct our projects quickly and flexibly in accordance with our customers’ needs. We keep the costs under constant control thus minimizing the development risks of our partners.
Corrosion protection
Wavedrive Ltd.’s corrosion protection branch performs surface treatment in large series using the following technologies:
- Electroplating: preparation of zinc (Zn), zinc-nickel (ZnNi) and zinc-iron (ZnFe) coatings by rack (2300 x 150 x 900 mm) or mass technology
- Cr VI- free passivation (transparent, yellow, black)
- Post-treatment: with Polyester (PE) or polyurethane (PU)-based varnish
In addition, we undertake the design and manufacture of workpiece surface treatment technologies and unique racks.
