Ceiling-mounted x-ray diagnostic system
The task of the ceiling-mounted, five-degree-of-freedom x-ray system is to precisely position the x- ray source around the patient in relation to the detector unit in a diagnostic room. The movement, which is defined by three linear axes (X, Y, Z) and two (vertical and one horizontal) axes of rotation, ensures the adjustment of the tube to the desired position, therefore, regardless of the bone structure, body part and body position, a high-quality X-ray image can be taken with minimal movement of the patient.
Main parameters of the device:
- horizontal working area: max. 3 x 5 meters
- balanced vertical stroke. max. 1.8 meters
- full 360-degree rotation around the vertical axis
- 300-degree rotation around a the horizontal axis
Two designs:
- manually operated: only the vertical direction is automated
- motorized version: all axes are automated
X-ray detector holding unit
The flat-panel X-ray detectors used in medical diagnostics must be placed in a mechanical structure (Bucky device), where the additional parts that aid imaging are located in the immediate vicinity of the device, and it is possible to change up the configuration quickly and easily. Several detector support units have been made for our OEM customers, where the general needs were:
- light weight
- easy counterbalancing option
- can be adapted to a unique, pre-specified environment
- customization according to price and functionality
As required the module is fixed on a mechanical balancing structure that allows tilting of the holder device.
The purpose of the structure:
- fixing Bucky devices with variable weight and center of gravity
- tilting of the devices in the range of 110 degrees
- easily movable by the users
- motorized and manual designs
Veterinary X-ray table
The modern scissor table used in veterinary X-ray diagnostics is suitable both for fixed and wireless xray panels. With a wireless solution, the movement of the table can even be controlled remotely. Due to the simple design of the device:
- It has a load capacity of 100 kg.
- the table plane can be raised from 520 mm to 900 mm
- thanks to its self-locking drive, vertical movement does not require any additional braking equipment

- collision protection is built into the table, thereby reducing the risk of accidents

Solution analyzer laboratory device
The device is an optical solution analyzer, which can measure the concentration with high accuracy in real time. It is used for drug-release measurements, solubility measurements or other measurements where in addition to high accuracy, repeatability is also an important aspect. Device characteristics:
- Equipped with eight independent fiber optic channels
- It is possible to measure even in every 2 seconds
Our task was to improve the framework, structure, ergonomics and appearance of the device. The cooling system of the device underwent a complete transformation, furthermore, the ease of maintenance increased so the running costs were significantly reduced compared to the predecessor mode
Laboratory sample preparator
The auxiliary equipment for electron microscopes can be used to move cryogenic samples between separate examination parts and to place them into the sample chamber of the electron microscope. The tested samples are extremely sensitive to environmental effects, so in addition to the extremely high vacuum inside the preparator, the extremely low temperature is essential, otherwise the samples may get damaged. In accordance with these requirements, the equipment features:
- a vacuum seal
- a vacuum manipulator
- an internal coolant jacket
- a liquid nitrogen bath
- a sample preparation unit
