Bridge crane

In industrial halls and assembly plants, large and/or heavy components and items are very often transported between two points of the plant with an electric chain hoist running on a fixed track. A more complex case is when the load must be able to get transported to any point within a certain area, in which case the use of a bridge crane is necessary. The specialty of the designed bridge crane lies in its docking mechanism. The chain hoist travels on a long, fixed track, and when it reaches the mobile beam of the bridge crane, if the docking between the two tracks has been completed safely, it can continue moving between the two tracks and thus transmit the load.

The most important properties of the machine:

  • Span size: 8.5 x 5 m
  • Max. loading capacity: 300 kg
  • Electrical energy supply
  • Multi-level mechanical security for fixing the docking unit

Aircraft engine assembly stand

The podium allows the construction of a passenger aircraft engine. The unit is assembled in several locations in a large hall separated by assembly phase, the construction environment adapts to the given level of assembly. The scaffolding of the podium with a floor of 30 x 3 meters has several moving units, including the following:

  • a tiltable and fixable pallet receiving and transport unit;
  • a bridge with a safety gate that can be pushed out, can be fixed in the end positions, and can only be opened when the connection is established with the opposite;
  • a bridge equipped with an actuator that is tiltable by 90°;
  • handrails that can be moved with an electric motor

Automatic pallet storage system

This automatic equipment supplemented by a robot trolley is suitable for storing 5 standard "EUR pallets", which are most often used for industrial storage. Storage works according to the LIFO (Last In First Out) principle in a linear system. Maximum loading capacity of the equipment is 650 kg, and it can accommodate up to 120 kg of products with a height of 300 mm per pallet. It is also possible to store pallets with larger items, but in this case the number of items that can be stored is lower.

Design and documentation of operational units of surface treatment plants

In addition to the digitalization of the entire plant of our partner working with electroplating and industrial clamp production, many other tasks were also carried out:

  • design documentation of surface treatment baths, baths systems;
  • cost-effective, easy-to-maintain designs of overhead cranes;
  • design of wastewater treatment plant and pipeline;
  • implementation of air cleaning equipment, design of a piping support system;
  • preparation of floor plans and cross-section drawings of existing buildings.

Preparation of the complete mechanical design documentation for a surface treatment plant

Our galvanizing equipment manufacturing partner entrusted us with the complete design of the process lines, mechanical engineering, and wastewater treatment system of their plant galvanizing industrial parts of airplanes. The electroplating lines and additional equipment were designed with a short deadline and according to the latest relevant standards:

  • suspended crane tracks;
  • overhead cranes;
  • air system piping and its support elements;
  • blueprints for the galvanization baths;
  • washing and storage positions;
  • walking bridges and stairs;
  • design of railings and fences.

Transfer units for galvanizing lines

The overhead hoists that transfer the electroplating tools are key elements of the rack and mass line technology of electrochemical surface coating (galvanization). Typically, they perform a series of lifts and movements over the line while transporting the surface treated part. Important requirements are high load capacity, the possibility of quick and precise changes of direction and precise positioning. Our company has designed a number of versions of overhead hoists of different sizes and load capacities for its partners, which operate properly in the electroplating plants in Hungary.
